Rose Colors and Their Meanings
Red is the most passionate of all rose colors. The color symbolizes burning love, and oftentimes, desire. A red rose should be given to someone with whom you share deep intimacy and attraction. White Rose White is a timeless, spiritual color. It brings feelings of peace and humility, and is often used to mark life-changing occasions, such as weddings and other celebratory events. Pink Rose Pink is a soft, elegant color. A pink rose signifies appreciation through a pleasant and graceful gesture. Yellow Rose Yellow represents friendship, happiness, and warmth. Sometimes, the yellow rose is given as a gesture to give a relationship a second chance and start anew. Lavender Rose Lavender roses are unique in their deep, pleasant purple color. They bring about mystery and enchantment. These are often an expression of love at first sight. Orange Rose Orange represents courage and boldness. It catches the eye and gives energy to move forward. Often, this color is used to show admiration of another person’s accomplishments.
